We spend time recruiting and training our team to the highest standards. We ensure there are enough staff in store to cope with demand and keep waiting time to a minimum. We do everything in our power to ensure you have the best fitting boots and the right skis, snowboard or sit-ski. Finally, we will exchange, make adjustments and/or provide advice throughout your stay so that you can make the most of the slopes. We think that’s worth paying a little extra for and we hope you do too.
